
Each piece of jewelry from ShaLoree is hand-crafted. Due to the natural differences in gemstones, no two pieces are exactly alike. All our jewelry is elegantly designed and created with attention to detail. ShaLoree offers one-of-a-kind and limited edition pieces, in order to keep our collection innovative and stylish. We use quality semi-precious stones, freshwater pearls, Swarovski crystals and other glass beads along with precious metal findings; sterling silver is .925, gold filled is 14K/20, unless specified otherwise. Every jewelry purchase is placed in a velvet pouch in a ribbon wrapped gift box.
Currently, ShaLoree accepts Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Credit card purchases will appear on your credit card statement as a charge from "ShaLoree". Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped. If you are interested in payment options other than those listed, you may contact us via email at customercare@shaloree.com.
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not match the listed criteria.
ShaLoree is only able to accept payment drawn from a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars.
Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days, if the item is available. Otherwise, please allow 7-10 business days for us to fill your order, since all of ShaLoree jewelry is hand-crafted. Large orders may take 2-3 weeks to complete. You will be notified via email when your order ships. Please feel free to email us at customercare@shaloree.com, if you have questions about your order.
Your order will ship via USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. The shipping/handling for domestic shipping starts at $6.00 and will be charged to you as part of your order. If you would like to purchase insurance, please note that in your order and we will add the insurance charge to your order. If you would like to expedite shipping, arrangements can be made for an additional charge.
International orders will be shipped via U.S. Air Mail and the cost will be determined based on your location. ShaLoree is not responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by Customs for international shipments. Please contact us at customercare@shaloree.com and we will provide you with a shipping quote.
State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax, which is currently 9.75% on orders shipped to addresses in the state of California. Most orders shipped outside California are not subject to sales tax. However, if your state requires sale tax, ShaLoree will comply.
We are certain you will be delighted with your ShaLoree purchase. However, if you wish to return or exchange an item for credit, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt of your purchase and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Code (RAC) and return form. Please note that we must receive your return within 7 calendar days of our issuing you the RAC and return form. We will gladly issue a store credit or exchange under these circumstances. Custom Orders and Sale items are Non-Refundable. ShaLoree will not provide a cash refund for a return under any circumstance.
ShaLoree must issue a Return Authorization Code (RAC) prior to receiving a return or exchange. You may obtain a RAC and return form via e-mail at customercare@shaloree.com. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT A RETURN OR EXCHANGE THAT IS RECEIVED MORE THAN 7 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER ISSUING THE RAC AND RETURN FORM.
Merchandise must be packaged and returned in the original condition in which you received it (unworn and unaltered) with a copy of the completed return form inside the package. Please package your returning item securely in the original packaging (whenever possible). ShaLoree reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange request, if you do not comply with this policy. Note: Padded envelopes are not protective enough and may cause item to be damaged.
All shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and the full responsibility of the customer. ShaLoree will not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise. For your protection, we recommend you insure your return or use a method, such as, UPS or FedEx to have a record of your return. ShaLoree is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in return mail.
We recommend cleaning your ShaLoree jewelry with a soft, clean cloth after every use to remove any acid or oil residue resulting from contact with your skin. Handle your purchase with care and store the item in an airtight container away from direct sunlight, this will allow you to preserve its natural beauty and prevent oxidation.
ShaLoree jewelry is carefully hand-crafted. Please understand the natural imperfections in the gemstones makes each piece unique. These imperfections will not be considered “faulty”.
If at any time your ShaLoree jewelry is broken or damaged, please e-mail us at customercare@shaloree.com stating the nature of your repair. We will provide you with an estimate for the repair along with a Return Authorization Code (RAC) and repair form. All repairs are subject to the availability of the materials and extent of the repair required.
